My work computer's hard drive crashed which housed all of my company's important documents. Rob Anderson was extremely helpful in the entire process by giving us step-by-step updates as the Secure Data Process went underway to help save our files. Our customer had a corrupted Windows Virtual Hard Disk (vhdx) large file of over 16TB in size and was unable to read the data off the VHDX file. We tried using multiple commercial tool out there to attempt data recovery but nothing worked for our client. I came to Secure Data for a second opinion on my recording board. I lost everything due to a power failure.All my drum recordings from the past 7 years, gone. Secure Data gave me a quote, and trust me, I was willing to pay anything! I struggled for about a year wondering how we would get data off our external hard drive that had failed. It’s a scary place when you’re a photographer and a drive goes down. It’s stressful for any business or individual. I called secure data recovery and spoke with Chris McMacken, and from first conversation I felt at ease with sending my drive to them. They went above and beyond for me, being able to restore data, and their customer service far beat my expectations. Though no one wants to go through the process of data crash, knowing that Secure Data Recovery is at the ready is very comforting.
