Data on my external hard drive became inaccessible. I took it to the U.S.A. and made contact with persons at several data recovery entities. Among these persons was Rob Anderson at Secure Data. My drive was initially taken to an entity which was unable to recover the data. Rob maintained contact during this time and eventually suggested that I send the drive to him. I did that. Not Cheap but they were able to find the one file I really needed. Expect potentially very long wait times 3 months if you go with their lower priced "off-peak business hours pricing" I would use them again communication was good my rep was thorough even when I pushed back in frustration. They calmly guided me to what I was looking for thank you Frederick Wright, Ph.D.
Secure Data Recovery was able to recover the majority of the very important data that I lost when I had an old flash drive physically break a few months ago. Fred was pleasant to talk with, available quickly most of the time when I needed to contact him, and extremely patient in answering my MANY, MANY questions. Their skill level is unbelievable.

Rarely do services live up to hopes as well as Secure Data Recovery. The website was easy to navigate and my request for help was answered immediately by Rob Anderson. He kept me informed of every step in the process, so all the on-line forms and the shipping of my damaged external drive happened very smoothly. Absolutely no problems or misunderstandings. Ron was very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Secure Data Recovery if you need their help with a thumb drive that has stopped working.
They are very professional and they know what they are doing and they do it in the best way.
