Many thanks to Nick Totarella for working on my data recovery. Very professional to work with and always courteous. Particularly grateful that he worked within my budget. After getting a quote that would have been too much for me to go forward with, he then got approval to do it for less than half of that original quote which made all the difference. Secure Data Recovery was great to work with. They were quick to respond to my questions and I always had the same representative which is a plus. I was not too sure about trusting anyone with my flash drive as I had very important stuff on it and personal photos that I know I would never be able to get back if I didn't try to fix it. Luckily Secure Data Recovery did a great job. Service was great, they communicate thru out the whole process. Truly recommend them. Price is a bit high but and the end it was worth it.

My hard drive crashed about 10 years ago. The hard drive was/is a Maxtor manufactured in 2003. It had all our kids baby pictures from birth to about 7 years of age. I finally got around to looking into recovery and found Secure Data Recovery in a Google search. I knew it was going to be expensive but I decided to give it a shot. Data recovery is obviously a service you hope to never need. That being said, if you get yourself into the same position that I did, I would certainly recommend Secure Data Recovery. Chris was able to work with me within my price and time requirements, and I ended up getting >99% data back and sooner than I expected.
