My external hard drive had become inaccessible due to some of the internal components failing. Spoke with Fred at Secure Data Recovery and he quickly understood my situation and the importance of the data that was on my failed external drive. I was able to ship my drive to them and they were able to recover 99% of my data! I am very happy with the recovery results and the customer service provided by Fred and those on his team. My hard drive crashed in the middle of our busy construction season Chris did a great job working with me and keeping me informed on what was happening
