My SDR rep, Rob, made every accommodation to find a price that I could afford for my recovery project. When I was resigned to losing the data, he took the issue to the higher-ups, and they found a way to trade recovery speed for cost. It took over 2 months to complete this way, but between that, and a payment plan, I was able to save my collections that had taken me many years to acquire.
