We had a client who had some major data loss so we actually sent the drives to another data recovery company who were not able to recover any of the data we were reporting lost. Due to the severity of this issue we chose to get a second opinion so we contacted Secure Data. By this time I don't think any of us had any hope of recovering the data but we kept our fingers crossed. Secure Data was in fact able to find all the lost data and it is now back where it belongs! Great job, team!
I appreciate the quick response time from Chris. He explained everything thoroughly and gathered all information needed to process my request. Although they could not help me because of the extent of the damage to my device, I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

Fred was a 100% professional from day one. He had excellent communication with me and great follow through. The company stands behind their work and will do what’s necessary to make sure the customer gets what they need. They did an excellent job cloning my hard drive. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again when necessary.

I'm clumsy and unfortunately dropped my girlfriend's external drive. Basically, her whole life was on it. From pictures to movies, and personal documents.
