I had an external hard drive fail. I am a graphic artist and photographer. ALL of my designs and photography were backed up to this drive. I had taken the drive to a local company and they told me that all my data was lost and unretrievable. Needless to say, I was a nervous wreck. I called Secure Data and talked to Scott. We had a director lose the functionality of his flash drive though no fault of his own...like a lot of people he believed flash drives were indestructable and was beside himself at the prospect of losing all of it After speaking with Chris M. I sent it in, Chris stayed on it and they were able to recover his years of files, good job!
My hard drive with tons of clients files suddenly stopped working so I called Secure Data recovery to get it fixed. Chris was my case representative for the whole process and he did a great job making sure that I got my drive back as soon as possible with all the data that I needed to have recovered. I highly doubt any other data recovery service would have been able to get my data back as intact as it is, so I am happy with my choice to use Secure Data Recovery services!
I was very pleased with the service and the retrieval of my data provided by Secure Data. All of my hard drive's data was recovered and easily accessible. Also, I contacted other recovery services and they seemed unscrupulous. I wasn't sure they weren't going to just take my $ and tell me the data was irretrievable. Dealing with Secure Data was worry free and they got the job done.

I had a great experience using this company. My customer service rep Mitchell Moore was always available and helped me through the entire process. I lost a hard drive during a power outage and it was not being backed up properly. They were able to get back all the important data. Thank you, I would highly recommend this company.
I am so grateful to SDR! They were able to fix my hard drive and preserve my data. Without them I would have lost priceless photos of my kids! Fred was so helpful and accommodating and made sure all my questions were answered. I've been dreading this process for so many reasons, but Fred reassured me my data was most likely fine. He was persistent without being pushy, which was exactly what I needed. My recovery drive was nicely packaged and delivered to me in a matter of days. Would definitely recommend!!
