When my hard drive crashed and I realized my backup program hadn't been functioning, I almost cried. The first place I went to said that recovery was above their ability. I contacted Secure Data and Rob Anderson reached out. He explained the process and policies. I sent my drive and crossed my fingers. Rob kept me updated on the progress which boosted my hope. Amazingly the data was recovered. Thanks to Rob and the techs at Secure Data!

My external hard drive crashed so I took it to a competitor who was going to charge me a higher price, would not commit to a full recovery but would charge me full price if they recovered 'some' of it, and they used an impersonal customer service call center. Rob Anderson w/ Secure Data Recovery was professional and super easy to work with right from the start. He was open and upfront about all costs as well as the likelihood of successful data recovery. Although there was quite a bit of data damage, I am pleased with the results and enjoying the family photos I feared were lost forever. Turns out some of the damaged photo files can just be cropped, no problem!
Ryan Wiggins was great to work with. It was an expensive service, but I am relieved that his team was able to retrieve my data.
I lost everything on my laptop which I use for work and personal. There was A LOT of important data on there. I was so disappointed in myself for not backing up my information.
