Nick from Secure Data Recovery was incredibly helpful and was able to recover almost all my data including some very special pictures which were lost when my mac book pro crashed. I worked with Alec in the Minneapolis office who determined the SSD needed to go to experts in Ohio. They were able to recover my son's data after Apple and another recovery place in CO said no dice. It was expensive, but it was two years of work, so we are very grateful for their expertise. I liked how easy it was to communicate, and how there's no charge if they don't recover anything. So, all in all it was a great experience, and I hope we never need them again! LOL
I had a WD external HDD that would power on but not read. I did some research online for the best data recovery programs and SDR appeared to be the best. After shopping around to many different data recovery businesses I finally sent my external hard drive off to DriveSavers. I was told that there was extensive damage and that it would be a job that would range between $1900-$2500, and at the time that was too much for me. I accidentally deleted videos from our scuba diving vacation. I originally tried another company who were unsuccessful in retrieving my scuba videos. Nick Totarella was a great communicator and my videos were successfully recovered.
A specialist, Nick Totarella, was just great in working with me in recovering my data from my Iphone. I had some valuable data that I was afraid of losing. He worked with me and I was able to recover everything and more! I hope I dont go through this experience again, but if I do...I'm using this company again and hopefully with Nick again!
