Secure Data Recovery did a great job of recovering pictures from 2 hard drives that had crashed. The turn around time was less than 2 weeks! Mitchell Moore helped with the process and was wonderful in explaining everything.
I had dropped my iPhone6s and it was ruined to the point where not even the Apple store or support could help get it back on. I thought everything was backed up on iCloud but it was not. I had years of data on an external hard drive. The one day, when I plugged the drive in to save some work and found that it was not responding I was in shear panic. As I did some research on companies who did data recovery, I found SDR. Nick Totarella and team did great work in recovering pretty much all of the data. Nick was clear and concise on the process for recovery, kept me up to date on the status and was quick to respond with final results. Great people to work with and they do a great job.
I had the pleasure of working with Nick Totarella, the service was excellent, he was able to work within and exceed the parameters that I gave him, AND his team recovered 100% of my lost data..all in less than 2 weeks. Other services told me that my hard drive was severely damaged and the process would be difficult - but no for Secure Data recovery!
