My experience with Sears was great. We are very happy with our new roof, siding facial and gutters. The contractors were all professional and the project was done in a timely manner. Great Job Sears.
I thought they did a very good job there were some minor details but otherwise good job .
Technician viewed the problems and submitted photos to someone at Sears for advice. Have not heard a word from technician or Sears since Jan. 9. Left a voicemail for technician, but no response. Lousy service!!!!!!!
