Technician was on time, very polite and knowledgeable, and answer all our questions and provide explanations. Very pleasant experience.
The gentleman who came out to fix our dishwasher was very nice. He explained what the problem was & how much it would cost. I asked how much a new one would cost & he showed me different ones & called customer service for all the pricing to deliver, install & haul the old one out. We decided to go with fixing it instead of getting a new one.

I called in for an appt. to check my dishwasher. The guy who answered was cordial and helpful. He set an appt within 3 days. Hour later a woman called changed my appt for a week later. Then had to wait for a part to be delivered. called in to let them know the part was here. Another 5 days wait. The worst part that while I was upset for the wait I get a call if I wanted to by more warranty!!
If there were a way to put 0 stars, I would. Over a month ago, my washer started screaming at me and filled the house with smoke. Sears technician told us the boot, which is the gasket that seals the door on a front loading washer, was torn up and pieces of it were getting into the motor. Replaced the boot, same thing after 3 loads. Next technician told us it was our fault and charged us for the boot. $300 later, same thing happens the very next load we put in. Art is amazing. After fighting with the why not lease it program, we got evening figured out. Art stayed, clocked out, after the end of his shift to make sure absolutely everything went smoothly. I extend a thank you, and a happy holiday, to all the staff here.
