Showed up after the scheduled 4 hour time window appointment with no notice prior to 5 minutes before the window was up. Cost more than expected (thankfully, there was a 25% off coupon available that brought the price down to something on the high side of reasonable). The service technician was polite and efficient. Got straight to work, was happy to answer my questions, and was willing to show me some tricks to better maintain the dryer. Sear back in the day was the best organization to deal with. Now if I have an enemy or someone I really dislike I will recommend Sears. I can not believe they have fallen as low as they now are. They need to get out of the service business but they know that that's why there using 3rd party's repair organizations now to make there call's. I will be cancelling all my contracts refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Johnny was the Sears Service Tech that came over and he is always very professional and pleasant. He resolved my microwave issue. I never knew I could miss a microwave so much until it went down.
Repair order was made by phone confirmation came in online, the technician came on time and the part was replace within minutes. Great job!
Service tech arrived at my home within one hour of my call requesting repair service for air conditioner, and completed repair within one hour after arrival. A/C working fine. Best service I have ever rec'd from Sears. Usually have to wait 4 - 5 days.
