I had 3 windows replaced. The installation went smoothly, everything was completely cleaned up, & the windows look great & fit perfectly. My only negative is that my blinds do not fit these windows. They take 1" blinds instead of the 2" faux wood blinds that I have.

My microwave has been serviced 5 times and it still has the same problem that it did before I made the first request for service. They have replaced parts but nothing changes. Dealing with Sears has been a frustrating experience. I would NOT recommend them for anything. I will never buy another Sears appliance. It does not surprise me that I heard on TV that Sears is in financial trouble. The only way to stay in business is to have repeat customers and why would anyone buy something a second time at Sears. Most of my appliances have been serviced/repaired by Sears. They are fairly reliable in keeping their appointments, and the technicians do their best to repair. However, I have also had Sears clean my dryer duct, and within months I sensed lint and humidity coming out of my stackable dryer. They will not come back to fix what is likely the faulty connection, saying that I moved the dryer (!), and will not guarantee the work after 30 days. I have written a complaint weeks ago, with no response.
The experience was welcomed one. The service was great! The serviceman called before he arrived,he was very polite,professional,courteous and informative. I would highly recommend Sears repair services to anyone. In this day of laxity amongst some companies this was a jewel. Thank you
RecommendedThe service tech was on the ladder side of the appointment window. He made short work of finding the problem and repairing it. I understand that some service calls take longer than others, but a 4 hour window and show up at 1:30, please!!!!!
