Repairman showed us how to increase water level for larger loads even though the machine program would not.
Tech visited 4 times. Ordered parts 3 times. Took 6 weeks to receive all the parts. They replaced practically every mechanical component in the washer. Machine sounds worse now than when they attempted to repair it. They had SEARS condemn it as “unrepairable”. Talked to other experienced washer repair techs. They all suggested the same “fix” but, since SEARS had already condemned the machine, there was nothing to be done.
On going issues with my GE refrigerator since 2019. On more than one occasions the technicians said it need to be replace. Now it stop working, two Technicans have look at it and was unable to repair it . Appointments for Technicians have been scheduled but was canceled or a no show. I am very frustrated
Terrible. I have had my range in the service agreement since 1993 and now -in 2021- that my oven stopped working they told me that It can’t be repaired because it has no tag with serial and model number. Sears has both because it has been repaired before but they told me the protection agreement is cancelled! I have paid for nothing.
I usually think that Sears Appliance Repair does a great job, but my recent experience was very disappointing!! The "repairman", Nick, was at my house no more than 20 minutes, just long enough to run a test cycle thru the washer and tell me that I was using too much soap. He seemed in a hurry to leave. Other repairmen have taken around an hour and seemed to be much more thorough. I had other things that I wanted to ask him, but he left so quickly that I didn't get a chance. Very, very disappointing!!
I had a technician come out to look at my broken washer. I needed him to send the diagnostic report to my home warranty company, which he said he would do but he never actually did. I called both the technician and the service line for weeks afterward to try to get them to submit the report or at least email it to me, but they never did. I asked for a refund and they denied me. They stole my money. I had to request a different service provider come out in order to get the problem diagnosed for my home warranty.
