very efficient and knowlegable about what he was doing
Didn't have correct part and reordered another incorrect part. and sent another incorrect part. Pisted
We asked for our annual service. The man came. Looked and never opened anything to check. The same technician was here to service and check washer dryer and refrigerator. He never checked inside of anything mechanical. The day after his visit the washer leaked over the entire garage. A new service man came and found the problem. A broken seal inside the machice that he siad should have been detected the day before. Sears Had to replace the washer with a new machine.
Serviceman was friendly and efficient repairing clogged water/evaporator line. He basically blew dry the built up ice. Never moved the refrigerator or any pieces inside. The job took twenty minutes (to melt the ice). Bill was $239.00, which I thought was excessive for a routine 20-minute repair involving no parts and easy labor.
Not a happy camper. Took off work to make late window for the 3rd service call for the same issue. Nobody showed up. Waited until almost last 30 min to call them to give them the full time as expected. Tech had told them they would not be able to make it. No call from neither Tech nor Sears to advice of this. Had no issues with the other 2 times except that the tech did not fix the problem. They should know who they are working with and need to get better about appts. EXCELLENT AND THOROUGH SERVICE. CAME ON TIME AND WAS PLEASANT . EXPLAINED SERVICE COMPLETED.
