Sears products sure ain't what they used to be....my 3 year old Kenmore washer was not repaired. 7 minutes and $79 for the Technician to tell me that I could get a new one for what it would cost to repair it. I wasn't really comfortable with the quickie "diagnosis" he did- but what could I do but take his word for it?

As a first time customer, I was very impressed with the service that was provided. I received confirmation emails and calls in anticipation of my pending appointment. The technician called ahead to say he was on his way, he came and diagnosed the problem immediately, and offered to go to get the replacement part just so I could have my appliance repaired that same day. I had Sears come out for two appliances but had to schedule on separate days. Microwave doors was fixed Aug.5th, the dishwasher is another story! Aug. 6th two techs diagnosed it on their computer and ordered the part needed to fix it then rescheduled for Aug.16th. Aug.16th a different tech arrives installs the parts and dishwasher is still not working with the exact problem as before!!!! New appointment is scheduled for Aug.25th! Great communication as to when the repairman would arrive. He was very professional and explained the problem in very clear terms.
