The service was AWFUL. The technician arrived only to open the microwave and the walk out to his car and drive away without notice or explanation. NOTHING WAS FIXED. I am extremely upset. Another appointment is not available for two weeks. That is UNSATISFACTORY service. The technician ID# 0804138, I hope he is no longer with the company.
It has been a long road of repairs for our Samsung fridge, I have to thank sears and our self for a great display of patient, at the end of the road I'm extremely happy it did not matter to Sears what parts needed to be order nor its cost, they deliver and that's to them I have like a brand new fridge. Kudos to you Sears.
He came to our home at the schudled time. We discussed what happened and he located the problem within 5-10 minutes. While we were cleaning behind the oven, he went to his truck to order the needed parts. When he returned, he reinstalled the oven and checked everything. He discussed with us what we could use until the new parts arrive. We scheduled a time for his return. The instillation of the new parts took 10-15 minutes. Not good I have a broken washer since 06/20/17 and they have not being able to fix it..Thei claim there are no parts.. .until when I have to wait?
The service tech was within the time span 8 to 12, and fix the problem quickly. The tech was very nice and professional. We have a repair contract with Sears and have had two items that needed service and each problem was taken care of. We are very satisfied with the service.
Ok they fixed the issue, know my family will have to wait and see if the spoiled food coverage kicks in smoothly. Wrong part was delivered on first order so took them an extra week to fix my fridge so lots of my food spoiled. know I will wait to see how great they are with expediting the coverage of spoiled foods.
