Technician viewed the problems and submitted photos to someone at Sears for advice. Have not heard a word from technician or Sears since Jan. 9. Left a voicemail for technician, but no response. Lousy service!!!!!!!

competent dryer specialist came and found the toothbrush that fell in the lint area as i was trying to clean and he cleaned out everything and checked etc...wonderful experience and successful....
