The worst service my refrigerator has not worked since May 24, 2018. Service has send three different service company over five times. The last guy came out on July 3 he said he will order parts I am still waiting for the parts and the repairs. This is a $2000 Samsung double door refrigerator with a master guarantee that I purchased, they sold me a lemon, and where is the guarantee? Easy no one cares. HORRIBLE
I have had a problem with refrigerator that has been going since May six service calls and still have the problem What is Sears going to do. It appears nothing . Poor service
Still waiting for the service guys to come when they say they are coming. The delays are making it not worth the service since I have to pay for laundry for all the time they take to finish the job they started! Not happy to say the least (their customer service could care less).
Gary, the repairman was very courteous and professional. He did a great job fixing the washer and doing a preventive maintenance to both the washer and the dryer.
I am very happy with my Sears Technician, Richard. excellent service. He came diagnosed problem and ordered parts promptly. He came and installed and washing machine is working perfectly. Previous third party was terrible. I have always had sears service and have been very pleased. They should do away with 3rd party contractors. the one I had soured me but my sears tech made(redeemed) up for it!!
Had my 20 + year old Kenmore washer with a problem. Gentlemen called, gave me a window. Was just out side the window, but, I know traffic has been a mess. He came in, diagnosed the problem. Had the repair part in the truck. Runs as good as it did when we bought it.. Thanks .
The service was AWFUL. The technician arrived only to open the microwave and the walk out to his car and drive away without notice or explanation. NOTHING WAS FIXED. I am extremely upset. Another appointment is not available for two weeks. That is UNSATISFACTORY service. The technician ID# 0804138, I hope he is no longer with the company.
