Art is amazing. After fighting with the why not lease it program, we got evening figured out. Art stayed, clocked out, after the end of his shift to make sure absolutely everything went smoothly. I extend a thank you, and a happy holiday, to all the staff here.

These guys were on time, courteous and fixed the problem. We were very happy.

They can't fix and keep making appointments. Their tech guys Ordering wrong parts and rescheduling appointments. Appointments gap is 10-15 Days. Which is not acceptable to anyone. Overall Poor service.

We had a horrible experience with Sears. Considering the amount of money we put into our siding project, the outcome was mediocre at best. We had to fight every step of the way to make sure things were done right, but we couldn't be at home all of the time. We are still repairing things they messed up like the flashing on our air conditioner which is less than a year old. We are very disappointed with Sears and would not recommend them to anyone!

The service was good. Water heater pilot was not staying on. Technician was knowledgeable and in his first visit he diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. Parts arrived as estimated in two days. Technician had already pre-scheduled the 2nd appointment and the issue was fixed to my satisfaction.

I had my whole roof replaced. The guys who came to put it on were very good workers. they had to remove three layers, then install the new one. they worked their tails off. they took about 10 hours, barely took out time to eat lunch. they cleaned up all around the house, nails from old roof, grit, and everything.Jordan Brown and his crew were GREAT.

The service tech was very helpful and gave plenty of tips on how to help prolong the life of my appliances. We would appreciate a better time frame of arrival-8am-5pm is not --had to take a day off work and didn't have anyone show until 330pm-could have worked the morning.

The technician arrived just after 8 AM ( a pleasant surprise in itself). He was courteous and prompt in assessing the problem with the oven. And the overall cost of the repair was reasonable.
