Our refrigerator was down for 10 days, and we had no idea what went wrong. All of a sudden it just stopped working and the temperature was not correct. After scheduling a Sears home service visit, employee Anthony came over and he had a look at our refrigerator. After a short time of diagnosis, Anthony told us the problem was due to a worn out control (mother) board. don't bother making an appointment, they just won't show up and when you call they tell you "sorry i know you had an appointment for today but we don't have anyone available" what kind of business does that?!
