I have loved my experiences with SE Needham. My husband and I have been looking at upgrading my diamond and Makayla was super helpful! We went through each of the diamonds and they were very reasonable priced. They also have fixed my grandmother’s ancient watches, my aunt’s clock and resizing my ring. We went to a different jeweler for my original ring and my husband realized he could of got a lot more ring/diamond for the same price if he would have shopped here.
SE Needham jewelers is awesome I've gotten a couple pieces of jewelery repaired there and their in house goldsmiths did an awesome job and the salespeople have helped me find some great pieces for my wife over the last couple of years.
I bought an engagement ring there. I was very pleased with the selection, the help and patience of Kayla in assisting me picking one out. No pressure at all. Just guided me towards what I was looking for. The resizing of the ring was surprisingly quick!
SE Needhams offer exceptional service and are great to work with! They were also extremely quick getting the ring finished.
It was such a fun visit. They were helpful and very knowledgeable about rings and diamonds. I didnt think I would find the ring I wanted, but there was one presented that I absolutly loved. We didnt feel the need to go anywhere else. Great experience.
Super happy with my experience here! Taylor Hansen is the man to see if you want to find the perfect ring at the right price. He knew what he was talking about and always encouraged us to make our own decisions based on the proper information. Super helpful. Our ring went through the custom design process and he helped expedite it for us because we were pressed for time. No complaints, great experience.
Taylor did a great job helping us find a beautiful ring, and was patient with us throughout the whole process. They were willing to speed up the process of setting the diamond to accommodate my plans. The ring ended up being way too big, but they worked well with us to get it resized in just a day. Everyone compliments me on how beautiful the ring is!
My initial visit was great! They were very helpful and knew exactly how to get the type of ring I wanted. However, it took them 3-4 weeks longer for my ring to get done than the said. And when it was done it had a small crack in the area holding the diamond.
