I had a great experience because of Taylor Hansen! He was very thorough on explaining every question I had and without any pressure, helped me get the best deal. All I had was a picture from Pinterest and they were able to replicate it and had it made in reasonable time! The ring was a bit on the large side because I wasn't able to get my fiancé's exact size, but they resized it for free in a short time!! Would definitely recommend S.E. Needham.
