Great Jewelers This is a great family owned business that focuses more on quality than quantity. I got my engagement/wedding ring from SE Needham Jewelers and I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful their staff was. They didn't grow tired of the different styles and sizes I wanted to look at and they weren't in a hurry to make a quick sale. They wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. I took some jewelry of my recently deceased mother in to have an appraisal on several pieces. They were so willing and cordial and had it completed in just a few hours. When I went to pick up my order, they told me that there would be no charge. We have been very pleased with the service we have received every time by the employees at Needham’s Jewelers.
Professional and quality services are what they deliver well. Staff are dressed well and are appropriate

I had an opal wedding ring where the stone showed a little crack. Took it to needhams and they put sealant on it TWICE-both times it yellowed the stone horribly. Finally just had to replace the original stone because of their mistake-when they put in the new stone, it was glued unevenly in the prongs, and today it just POPPED out completely when I was getting out of my car. I’ll be going somewhere else to get my ring fixed. People were nice, did fixes for free, but the fixes were shoddy.
I stopped in Needham's Jewelers with the intention of simply getting my finger sized. I had a ring style in mind I'd found online and planned to customize it, with that jeweler. It turned out that ring was in stock in a different metal, so I got to try it on. It just so happened that Sylvan, who is the next generation owner of this incredible store, sat down with my mom and me (my fiance lives out of state so he wasn't with us) and we had a wonderful opportunity to learn about the properties of diamonds and see them up close... read more
