Fantastic company to work with. Had my wife’s engagement and wedding ring made there five years ago, and just added another band this year. The band matches perfectly and had a fast turnaround. Taylor was great, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again in the future.
Had my wife's engagement ring appraised, boy that was a mistake, I should have known when they had asked if I had purchased the ring at Needhams. I had to take it to a Certified GIA Gemologist and his appraisal was 200% more than what it was at SE Needham, needless to say god forbid my wife lose her ring or it misappropriated because we would have never been able to replace it with our insurance if I had used the Needham's appraisal.
Taylor Hansen and Needhams did a great job on my ring- I got a new wedding ring to replace my first one and Taylor was super patient and more than willing to show me pretty much every ring in the store or offer to make one if I found a picture. Thrilled with my ring is an understatement!
Taylor H. was a huge help in teaching me what to look for in an engagement ring. He even helped me stay within my budget. We found a ring that my fiancé is absolutely crazy about. She loves it! Couldn’t be more thankful for the great service.
Taylor Hansen did a great job helping us find the right ring! He helped us without pressuring us, answered all of our questions, and and was overall great to work with!
