Overall great experience with everyone! Taylor Hansen helped us through the custom design process and I️t was super smooth in every transition. He was knowledgable and helped answer questions without being pushy. They respected my time frame and worked well with me. Arrived sooner than expected and looks amazing! Definitely recommend to anyone pursuing a ring!!
We have shopped for jewellery both new and antique at Needhams for years. The customer service is excellent. They are always very attentive and the sales people are no pressure. We love that this store has been in business for so long and that it is a family owned and operated store. We had a family member that recommend we go here and work with Brandon Fitzgerald. He was a ton of help. We went in with an idea in mind of what we wanted and he wasn't pushy at all. He helped us put together the ring that she wanted and it was within the budget that we had discussed. Overall we had a really good experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help.
Bought engagement for my Fiance here!! Worked with Josh Bateman. He was the nicest, most well informed salesman I had ever met with. Was not pushy at all and helped us with every question we had!! Best experience and seriously S.E. Needham blows the competition out of the water!! Also we love our custom made ring!!
