I went with my son and his fiance to pick out wedding rings. We ended up getting customized rings that are absolutely beautiful. Every staff member we talked to was very courteous, friendly and helpful. I would recommend you at least check them out before you buy anywhere else. Their customer service is so much better than other places I have been.
My fiancee and I were shopping for wedding rings and decided to go there and see what they had to offer because I've heard their ads on the radio for years. We were extremely disappointed when we were there. The gentleman who greeted us didn't seem to want to help us, let alone be there. He showed us a couple rings and told us we could sit with a designer for $100 and design our rings. He wasn't very helpful in giving us ideas or anything. We had great service while we were there!!! They took the time to get to know us and help us find an engagement ring that both was in our budget and went with my personality. Plus they had deals that were amazing and made us definitely recommend this place for those looking for a ring!! Even a year later, when we came back to get my ring cleaned, the quality of their service was great! I definitely would go here to purchase a ring!
We are so incredibly grateful for the amazing team and S.E. Needhams. We made the drive from salt lake 3 times to choose the perfect ring and stone and each time they were just as helpful and accommodating. We ended up creating a custom ring made in house and it exceeded our expectations. It's absolutely beautiful!!! Thank you so much!!
I am so, so glad we went to SE Needham's! My fiancé and I went to so many different jewelry stores and had awful experiences with jewelers trying to sell us low-quality diamonds for ridiculous prices or not being honest about what we'd be getting. SE Needham's has always done an awesome job taking care of my jewelry needs! Went in yesterday to have a ring (I didn't buy it from them) looked at because a stone was loose and they tightened and fixed it for free! They did an amazing job on fixing my prongs on my wedding also.
Best family owned jewelry store in the State! Great service department. Wonderful gift center. The most beautiful engagement rings this side of the Mississippi. On top of all that they have a fabulous, KNOWLEDGEABLE staff who are always prepared to go the extra mile to take care of their clients.
