My husband bought my wedding and engagement ring at S. E. Needhams. They have provided wonderful service. We have taken the ring in to get inspected every six months. I have had a couple of the small diamonds fall out and they repaired it no questions asked for free. They also got my ring back to me quickly.
Bought an engagement ring here and the experience was awesome! Taylor Hansen helped us out and was super helpful, gave great insight into what we where getting and never made us feel pressured. S.E. Needhams was amazing!!! Beautiful atmosphere and GREAT service! Taylor Hansen helped me and my fiance and guided us through everything with ease. I LOVE my ring and it is crafted so beautifully. I get compliments on it all the time at how sparkly and elegant it is! Taylor answered every little question we had and made sure we had the best and exactly what we wanted. 10/10 for sure 🖒
