Working with Taylor was a great experience! He was able to find the perfect diamond for our custom design! I recommend S.E Needham jewelers to everyone I know. And would also recommend working with Taylor, he will do everything possible to make sure you get the ring and design you want.
Taylor helped me and my Fiancé find the perfect ring that fit right into our price range. Other stores we visited had limited selection and unnecessarily high prices, but when we came into Needham, we were promptly helped with a very knowledgeable employee (Taylor) who answered all our questions and found us the exact ring she wanted for a very reasonable price we were both thrilled about. Five stars and a big fat A+ from me and my Fiancé.
I worked mostly with Taylor but all employees were friendly and willing to help me. Taylor helped encourage me as I designed my perfect wedding/ mother's ring. They have taken care of me as I have gotten it just the right size for me. It's beautiful and love wearing it.
