I took my ring in on a Monday to get resized and they guaranteed me it would be done Friday because I specifically said I HAD to have it for my bridals .... Well Friday rolls around and they call me at 1:20 in the afternoon to tell me it won't be done till next Tuesday because they need to order a different antique to put on it ..... WATCH OUT they are full fine print tricks, They say 100% trade in value for your diamond but they fail to tell you only if you buy a diamond 50% more expensive. You want to sell back your diamond you spent like $1500 for they'll give you like $500 for it because that's all it's worth. Unless they change policies or warn people when they buy stuff I'd recommend another store.
