RecommendedIt was such a pleasure to arrive at our cabin onboard and find the scooter waiting for us. Sometimes when you rent things, they are beat up and in need of service when you get them. These scooters were in top notch shape! They both looked brand new! When the cruise was over we simply left the scooters in our room! I had a very good scooter rental experience with Scootaround. The scooter drop off and pick up at the hotel worked perfectly and the scooter operated without a single hitch for the entire week of the NAB trade show. I drove the scooter from my hotel room, into the elevator, out the hotel front door, all around the LVCC Halls and then back to my room. Battery life was excellent, as I don't think it got below 80% full. An all around excellent experience!

BEWARE! I was so excited to rent a scooter for the first time...until it quit without warning while I was crossing a street. I called customer service. Got disconnected twice and they didn’t even attempt to call back. Talked to four people and not one of them knew where the reset button was. None of the people I spoke with could reach the technician. I asked how I was supposed to get back to the hotel and one of them told me to put it in neutral and roll it back. Brought a lift chair to my father's cruise cabin. Left unassembled with wires sticking out. Won't work at all Completely failed to provide scooter which was reserved a year in advance. Complete failure of customer service.

Excellent company to do business with. Delivered my scooter to the resort, it was there when we arrived! When it was time to go home, just left the scooter in the room, they came and picked it up...No problems, No issues, all week!!! Will definitely use there service again...Highly recommend!!!

BEWARE! I had to cancel my scooter and was shocked at the $50.00 cancel fee, plus it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my refund!

The staff was wonderful. They showed us how to use the scootaround. They thanked us for bringing back the scootaround each night. Also Bernice was very nice and helpful when I booked the scootaround. If we ever need a scootaround again, we will make sure to book with your company.

Our battery died about 2 hours after we picked it up. We were at Universal Studios and had to wait over an hour to get a new one. When the guy met us, he even stated that someone probably forgot to charge it. When I called the company to complain and ask for a refund, I was informed that a manager would call me back. That was a month ago and still no call from anyone. Very disappointed!! Would never recommend this company!
