Do NOT use this company. They allude to being nation wide however if you take the scooter out of the area you rented it in and have problems they will not help you. The insurance they offer is useless. They even refused to refund my money even though the Scooter was unusable for some of the time.

I have used their services on 3 different trips and always have found them courteous and on time. I have used them twice in Las Vegas and once at Disney World and would definitely use them any time I travel. Love their service and their product.

I definitely recommend Scootaround. I would not be able to enjoy my cruise without the scooter. It allowed me to see more places on the ship as I can't walk very far due to my Multiple Sclerosis. I have rented twice now and will again

I rented a Scootaround in Tampa for a couple of days over the New Year's weekend. It was everything the company represented. Delivered to my hotel ready for use. After this experience I know that I will be dealing with Scootaround for my mobility scooter needs.

I love the reliability and punctuality of the service by Scootaround. Predominantly, I use Scootaround to rent rollators and motorized scooters when I travel on on various types of themed cruises.
