I can’t thank Scootaround enough for all the wonderful professional customer service; it allowed me to be mobile and enjoy everything my family was doing. I would have stay behind on several outings if it wasn’t for the scooter. Service on the delivery and help I needed was so quick along with great communication. Thank you to all your team members!
my cousin who has ALS reserved and paid up front for your service which you never delivered. He went to the Grand Canyon for a week and depended on you to fulfill your contract and you did not. he'll never have a chance again to a live this experience which they made more difficult for him during that week he spent at the Grand canyon fulfilling his bucket list. Very sad!

My first experience with Scootaround was on a Alaska cruise in June 2019, they did all they could do accommodating my needs! It was a SUPER EXPERIENCE, everything I needed & the best experience in renting a scooter for a cruise, with the best price! We’ve rented from other special needs groups and never had as good of a experience as I did with Scootaround. Thank you too the entire staff that made it happen, we will be going on several more cruises in the next 2 years & Scootaround will be our first choice...

Great experience. A very nice scooter was waiting for me in my cabin and gave me the freedom to enjoy my cruise even though I had broken 5 ribs a few weeks before departure. Upon arrival in Seattle on the last day I was able to take the scooter down to the disembarkment location to be taken off the ship in a wheelchair. Very pleased with the customer service! One of the scooters we rented had a problem. The phone representative was helpful and respectful despite my ornery pleading. The very next morning a fresh replacement was supplied and we were able to get on with our sightseeing without missing a beat. Thank you to the national phone rep and the Seattle Scootaround team!
The Scootaround was in our cabin on our recent cruise~all charged up and ready to go. Easy to maneuver all over the ship. So grateful my husband had the idea and wisdom to order one for me. Made things so easy for me. I did not go off the ship so I used it to explore and see God's beauty on the outside decks.
