timely and friendly home delivery
My scooter was waiting on me when I got to the hotel. It was in excellent condition! I enjoyed riding the Scootaround scooter around DC. I went to the White House, the Monument, the Smithsonian, the Apollo 50 Expo, and many other places in one day and still had plenty of battery left for other excursions. It was a once in a lifetime experience. Thanks Scootaround!

We rent from them every time we go to the Erie county and the New York state fair and never had a bad experience up till today. we went up to get a scooter and my grandpa has real bad legs he told the two people working the stand that he was getting ready to fall he needed to sit down and they said there is a bench right there he said it went from raining. the people working the stand said while I cant even let you sit on a scooter until you sign the paperwork. The Rollator that was delivered to my room was the wrong size, not the one they have on their webpage. When I called to complain, they told me they had no other Rollator‘s and that the webpage will be corrected. They offered no apology and no refund as I could not use the Rollator.
