RecommendedI took my 86 yr old Mom to downtown Vegas in Sept. She walks very slow so it is tough making it across the street before the red light. I decided to call Scoot Around for a transport wheelchair. They were prompt & so accommodating. They delivered & picked up from my hotel. They kept in comm with me via email & cell phone. I was able to take my Mom from casino to casino quickly. This was my first time using Scoot Around. It was an excellent experience. Thank you.

I used Scootaround during my 71st Brithday Celebration in Washington DC in September. Scootaround delivered what appeared to be a new Scootaround to my hotel in DC. It was waiting for me when I checked in. I used it for 3 full days while visiting numerous museums and memorials. It was an absolute pleasure to ride and it took me everywhere I needed to go. I left the Scootaround at the hotel whan I checked out. The rental of my Scootaround was perfect. Great Product and Great Service.

Our experience was wonderful. The Scooter was in front of our cabin, charged and ready to be used. The return of the Scooter was just as good. All we had to do was leave it in our cabin. My husband would never been able to get around the ship without it.
Wheelchair was there when we arrived. Made great use of it for three days. Pickup was prompt.

I called this company minutes before leaving my house to the airport for a trip to Vegas. They were able to have a scooter delivered for free to my hotel which was waiting on my arrival. I used it for 4 days, the battery life was amazing, I used it for 12hrs straight 1 day and the battery light did not budge. It was manageable to take apart by my husband to be put in back of XL Uber , didn't want to risk a Prius with a small trunk. Highly recommend this company for any scooter needs

So glad you are now on NCL been waiting on this for a long while. We’ve used you on Royal Caribbean and always been satisfied. We will be making our reservations shortly we are sailing on NCL in December 2018
