SATO was just awarded "Best New Restaurant of WNY- 2014". We specialize in modern Japanese cuisine with dishes ranging from ramen to sushi. We also feature many creative dishes using local items in combination with rare Japanese ingredients. From pork belly to wagyu steak to tsukemono pickled local and Japanese vegetables. We also feature a wide variety of sake, wine, Japanese craft beer, and Japanese whisky with many fresh and creative Japanese cocktails.

Overall it was an excellent experience. Great food and the staff was polite and professional. We will definitely come back in the near future.
