We also feature many creative dishes using local items in combination with rare Japanese ingredients. From pork belly to wagyu steak to tsukemono pickled local and Japanese vegetables. Friendly, warm service. Sleek and gorgeous building. Outstanding food that make your tastebuds dance! A variety of tasty sake options. Very affordable. I'd been meaning to come here for a while and finally made the leap this evening. It was phenomenal. Highly recommend!
This place has a trendy and modern atmosphere. The food is good, but the day we went we had a very long wait (30 minutes for food) even with a reservation. There were only one person to make sushi but the waitress comp. our dessert. The ramen had a great presentation, but the broth was okay. It doesn't appear to be simmered for hours like many I have had before. The fries was excellent and the sushi was fresh. Overall, we were happy to see this place in Buffalo, NY.
