We also feature many creative dishes using local items in combination with rare Japanese ingredients. From pork belly to wagyu steak to tsukemono pickled local and Japanese vegetables. We also feature a wide variety of sake, wine, Japanese craft beer, and Japanese whisky with many fresh and creative Japanese cocktails.

Everything is perfect! Love the avocado salad, negri, and every dish I've ever tried!
Very yummy !! Loved the ramen !! Will definitely come back in the summer to check out the back patio !!!
Ramen noodle bowl was bomb....fried pork chop yummy...a couple different sushi rolls were good and the kimchi was spicy good!
Hands down, the best Japanese restaurant in Buffalo. Love this place!
