We also feature many creative dishes using local items in combination with rare Japanese ingredients. From pork belly to wagyu steak to tsukemono pickled local and Japanese vegetables. Didn't live up to the hype. Wasn't bad at all. I was just expecting it to wow me. And it didn't.
Everything was perfect! The restaurant was adorable and very clean, the staff was friendly, and the food came out quickly. We enjoyed our appetizers, ramen, desserts, and sake. It was all delicious, and there wasn't a single thing that I wouldn't order again. I can't wait to come back and try other things off of the menu!
Place is the bomb !!! Far step up from my childhood necessity
