SATO was just awarded "Best New Restaurant of WNY- 2014". We specialize in modern Japanese cuisine with dishes ranging from ramen to sushi. We also feature many creative dishes using local items in combination with rare Japanese ingredients. From pork belly to wagyu steak to tsukemono pickled local and Japanese vegetables. We also feature a wide variety of sake, wine, Japanese craft beer, and Japanese whisky with many fresh and creative Japanese cocktails.

An awesome place for some authentic Japanese ramen.
Fast service, super fresh rolls, and reasonable prices. Great bar with a fabulous wine selection too. I especially love that the rolls are not "Westernized" with loads of fried ingredients and cream cheese etc... This is good, simple, fresh food, and closer to real Japanese cuisine than any other sushi place I've been to in Buffalo. A great find.
Great food and greater service. I would love to come back as often as I could.
