SATO was just awarded "Best New Restaurant of WNY- 2014". We specialize in modern Japanese cuisine with dishes ranging from ramen to sushi. We also feature many creative dishes using local items in combination with rare Japanese ingredients. From pork belly to wagyu steak to tsukemono pickled local and Japanese vegetables. We also feature a wide variety of sake, wine, Japanese craft beer, and Japanese whisky with many fresh and creative Japanese cocktails.

SATO is literally in my backyard. If they can tolerate us as neighbors they get 5 stars! On a more serious note we love everything about this place... the servers, the food and staff all around. Need I mention the owners? We went for my birthday last night and I can’t say enough ❤️

My birthday location every year. Take your significant other, grab a roll of sushi, split a bottle of sake, and get yourself a bowl of Ramen.
Food was very good, loved the butter ramen. Service was meh. Staff was just not inviting and friendly. Wouldn't stop me from going back though.
