I am very disappointed I had $80 a week when I was platinum then when I became diamond I got $35. Every casino that I have ever been to draws you in with free play not deter you. They are lousey now. Can't wait for the casino in schnectady to open in Feb they will.lose my business !!!

Went for dinner at Garden Buffet. Drove all the way over to find out that they no longer except Gold Card discounts or give Senior discounts at buffet. Price is now $15.99 unless your a high roller. With a new casino opening next year why would you want to get regular customers ticked off? Looking forward to the new casino specials!

I used to enjoy going to Saratoga Casino. I loved that my husband and I could get the lunch buffet for twenty bucks plus tip. unfortunately they've ruined that for us. The Saratoga Casino now has everyone sign up for a new players card. The card determines how much you pay for the buffet. I now have to pay $14.95 a person. I will no longer eat here. Because the casino is becoming a rip off. The new Club Rewards program SUCKS. I went from getting good rewards and now I won't be getting shit. I'm looking forward to when Schenectady Casino opens up.

Pretty bad casino. In fact the worst. The deal with the senior buffet is disgusting. I have been in casinos coast to coast and have never run in to this. If you have a Players card you should be able to purchase the Senior buffet just like everyone else. No signs or info about change either. Stood in line at buffet, had old card, stood in line at Players desk, got new card and stood in line at buffet again only to find out I had to pay full price. What a joke this casino is. It stinks.

Not impressed that cards would have to be exchanged,in order to get a discount on the buffet..paid full price ,rather than wait in a long line to exchange a card.. Not a great way to treat regular customer's..
