Just spent the night in the Hotel, ate at Mortons danced at Vapor and gambled for hours. This was the most fun night we have had in years! The hotel was fabulous and the service was top notch. The room was perfectly clean and everything was perfect. Mortons was the BOMB!!!! Best steak I have ever eaten and again the service was perfect. Won, lost, won, lost and won some more. Came out with $50 more than I went in with so I call that a good day. Will do this again soon!

My husband and I went New Years Eve. Dinner at Fortunes was great. Good friendly service. Hotel beautiful . Slots do not pay at all and it was to hard to move around. We new it would be packed, but it was a little much.

My husband and I went New Years Eve and after waiting in two very long lines at the nonworking ATM machines was told they were ALL not working. I totally understand technology issues, but how about a sign on the door or an announcement?? One couple that I talked to in line had just walked in and when they couldn't use the ATM, they understandably turned around and left. A little notification would have saved us all the aggravation of wasting almost an hour in lines.

I think they need to get their act together. All they seem to be doing lately is taking away from the players. Rivers opens in a month and I think it will hurt Saratoga greatly.

The price of the garden buffet has doubled and unless you recieve coupons in the mail based on how much you play the slots, it is too much money.

Amazing New Year's Eve Dinner and cocktails at Fortune's, Beautiful room at Their hotel, and lots of fun with free champagne and party makers on the gaming floor!!!! We would definitely stay there again. Room was very clean and beds were extremely fluffy and comfortable!!! Even gave us a complimentary continental breakfast!!!! Saratoga Casino and Hotel is a Class Act!!!! #2017

Very disappointed in New Years Eve. Went to use the ATM there was a line of at least 10 people at each machine. Come to find out they were down. No sign or announcement. Valet was crazy u felt sorry for these guys people left to go to another machine and then came back. Not very customer orientated and I'm there 3-4 times a week

I am very disappointed at the organizers/owners of the Casino! New Years Eve was a total fiasco! It was total chaos to say the least! There was no way any of it could be enjoyed! I am sure there is a capacity limit at the Casino, as there is with any other public entertainment venue. Unfortunately they were way over the limit, and dangerously so! It was so over crowded that you couldn't move an inch without getting knocked into. People were rude and obnoxious, and the free wine didn't help matters. Every machine was being us... read more

The casino used to be a place to go and have a little fun but lately I have found the customer service to be less than desirable, the food mediocre and the machines tight. I continue to go because it is close but that will change.
