Worst I used to go a lot and yesterday was my birthday not even a BIRTHDAY BONUS the staff was rule and only offered drinks once in 4 hours time. I am count down the days to the new casino opening on the 8th too bad this was once a fun place. So disappointed that I pick her to spent my birthday
Our sencond time there , first time over night , room was great , had a great dinner at Morton's steak house enjoyed the casino and the bar. Only sorry we were to tired for the night club. .had lunch at grand buffet and casino again..great time
Better start paying lots of competition coming one in schnecady another in waterloo I'll be going to both next month. Waterloo out by my son's schnecady few miles pass saratoga so have an option now.
I was very pleased with my time at Saratoga Casino, it was the first time in a long time since I walked out of there a winner. Now it's time to drive back to Virginia Beach

It is one of the worst paying casino I have been to. Saratoga casino should be ashamed of themself. Is away the machines pay. How does Saratoga Casino consider $0.40 a win when you spend $2.5 to win that $ 0.40 in my book that's a loss. And nothing the seems the more you spend the less free plays you get from them not supposed to work like that the more you spend the more free cash you get back to play with. Not all it was chalked up to be. Hopefully the new one wont be so blah. It was crowded with machines, staff wasn't overly friendly. Was quite underwhelmed.
The hotel was very very clean. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back soon.
