We just stayed at the hotel for the first time. I don't gambling but my boyfriend said he did alright. He was mad because the points were supposed to be doubled but apparently that was down Saturday night. Anyway, hotel and room was beautiful, very comfy bed, gym is very small for such a large place, food at buffet was really good and I would have tried to enjoy the pool and hot tub but didn't because the only way to use the stairs is to go outside and they have to try to find a maintenance person to meet you at the door bec... read more

We visit the casino a couple times a month, mainly because it is at least a 2 hr. drive for us. We do fairly well there compared to our local casino. I understand why they are rewarding their regular people but they need to come up with some kind of reward program for others. The little discount on the buffet & small slot play isn't enough to travel that far more than we do.This was the 1st time staying in the hotel. This casino has gone down hill, when we tried to talk with management that did NO good, So we returned our cards last summer and will now go elsewhere. Sorry you were fun once and even win at times, but No more.

No free plays ever anymore..when i was there last sunday night.i was playing slots when i heard a commotion over at guest services. ..some guy was saying he had been there serveral hours and had lost alittle more than 3k and was hoping to get a $20 food voucher. .. They told him the best they could do was give him a $10 voucher. ...It seems like they dont want business

We have gone there since it opened. It was fun but the last two years the payouts are down, money goes faster, the Buffett quality is down. What is going on Racino? We don't come as often anymore...... fix it.

We usually come once a month and have noticed for a while now that the Buffets food has progressively gone down hill. The bakery use to be great, yesterday I wouldn't even try anything. .No pies ,one kind of cake,the bread pudding is horrible.Back when they use to make the bread pudding with white chocolate and was my favorite. Saratoga casino will not be seeing us after Rivers opens,unless things get better,including the playoffs on the slots.
