I had to give it at least one star to make a comment. When making our reservation by phone I was clear when I asked for a track view and away from vending and elevators. I was talked into upgrading to a suite. Upon check in I reconfirmed what I originally reserved. At that time I was told suites do not have views of the track and the room was "around the corner" from the elevator. I was also told they were completely booked and no chance of moving. Took my mom for her Birthday , we had a great time. I won 150 dollars and on the way out she won 50 dollars.

I had a great experience the hotel was wonderful I was was there for a conference the casino had good hours and I won the hotel was beautifully new hot water in the bathroom when I took a shower overall a great experience good food at the buffet dessert was good we ate in more than one place and did not have a bad meal the entire weekend some of these other reviews are bologna I'm not paid to do this it was just a wonderful experience by the way I was up $60 when I left so the payout was good to that was on a $10 credit at t... read more

I think the place should never have been allowed. Another example of the Gov't stealing from the tax payers! Gambling with crooked intent. Sad that it has to be the old and sick and infirm that are taken advantage of!!!! Go see for yourself. IT's an Ocean of the sad, lonely, deformed and the sick people of our society!

Our experience at Saratoga Casino was fabulously fun and entertaining. It offers a relaxed atmosphere with exceptional customer service and attention. After the casino experience, we stayed at the Saratoga Hotel! We took one of the less expensive rooms and it was beautiful state of the art decor. We are all the more excited to visit again having the opportunity. Thank you Saratoga Casino and Hotel personnel for a great experience.
