We typically prefer this Casino because it's convenient located to us. Yesterday was a fiasco...Their reward cards couldn't be made, some games weren't working or refused to print vouchers, some of the bathroom plumbing was out of order....We waited In line a half hour before we were told the cards couldn't be made...Management and customer service were no where to be found. Hopefully they solve these issues soon before we gamble elsewhere.

I went to players club tonight and they downgraded my card telling me point system runs January thru June and July thru December but I've gone to club many times this year and this was first I heard of it and it ticked me off because you don't get to many comps as it is.doesn't seem like a smart move now that you have competition who by the way upgraded my card

First time at the hotel casino celebrating my wife's birthday had a fun night won some money and had a few good drinks at Morton Steakhouse Frank the waiter was great.

Been going here since the doors opened on day one.. It's gambling.. U win some ,u lose some.. Never had a bad experience until yesterday. I lost my phone. My own fault completely, but I knew where it must have fallen out of the small wristlet I carried it in with very minimal stuff. After pacing the floor several times, and backtracked where I was at least 10 times and I was so upset. Finally after about 20 min of panic I went to the security cage. What a joke. Great place, clean and spacious room. Friendly staff, ate at Lucky Joe's it was good. Many,Many games to choose from.. Although had no luck it sure was a good time.. And went into Vapors to listen to some Country Music, one thing I can say about it...music was too loud..I like to be able to hear the band, but that was crazy loud..I would recommend a trip to Saratoga Casino!

Really nice hotel rooms. Other facilities are exceptional-pool-hot tub. The night club-Vapors-although a little to loud-is a good time. Excellent buffet and friendly helpful staff. Large selection of gaming machines-its gambling though-we broke even-saw a few others win-expect to spend $20 and become rich- and you're kidding yourself...go for the fun....if you win..great!

The point system is terrible. They need to up that. Everyone I know got an offer for a free room. I never got that. We were going at least every two weeks, but have cut back to about once a month.
