Beautiful room on the top floor of the Saratoga Hotel. The slots were paying and the buffet had a good variety. We've been coming here for years and it is improving all the time.

It was amazing and everyones so nice. Only thing was we stayed at the hotel there and the shower was cold and no hot water.

Wait over 30 minutes for a manager to get a points card, security guard was nice call for a manager 3 times but they never showed up, slots were ok but was very irritated I wasn't able to get a card with all the staff walking around everyone was too busy. Staff and management seem to not care about their service to their customers. Tried to get a drink from the server but she kept ignoring us. Not in a hurry to go back!!!

I love this place it's a great time , food is good and staff is wonderful. We all won a decent amount we didn't lose anything .This place is better then Schenectady

I really like going to Saratoga Casino, it's not that far from Massachusetts, about a 1 hour ride. They have a good variety of slot machines , and the buffet is to die for !

Awesome venue with great staff! Loved it!!! The free concert today was a blast, Skeeter Creek, Gran Central Station and Blood Sweat and Tears w/Bo Bice!
