I love going to the Casino & eating at the Buffet but yesterday the garlic potato balls and the Lo Mein were really terrible. First time I ever had a problem....

I went on a bus trip to Saratoga Casino today and after reading some reviews I was a little sceptical. But I found it to be very nice and welcoming for a senior. It was clean, the restrooms were well maintained and the buffet was fantastic!!!! I will definitely go back if for nothing more then just eat!!!!

We went last Tues to have a buffet lunch & then play the slots. We were told our "Classic" status (even for us seniors) would not get us ANY discount. We walked out (without eating or playing) as we would have paid more than any other casino buffet we have ever been to in NYS. Your greediness cost you two customers--we will never return to even play. Thanks for listening.

My husband & I stayed here this past weekend for the first time, and it is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The room was very clean, staff was outstanding, and the casino was great. We can't wait to go back!

Casino nice if you like to gamble, plenty of machines , don't go on a Sunday as it very crowded. I personally felt the buffet was not high quality. The food choices were plentiful, just not the best tasting.

Can't wait until Schenectady opens! $3 free play is a joke when I am there every Friday and Saturday and drop a ton of money with very little return. Just asked for a comp to the very expensive Morton steak house and apparently the money I spend in there means nothing because they said I didn't have enough. Sorry I can't afford to spend or rather lose thousands in your very cheap casino. What a joke!!! Not coming back.

I went there for my birthday and could not have had a better time and came out a winner!! Love the non-smoking casino! The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean! The drinks are cheap!! The best casino hotel even matches up against AC! Look forward to going back soon!
