What could these rooms have that would cost $500 a night? Diamond soap and gold pillows? Oh yea, I know. People who live and work for a living nearby! Don't support this business.

Very nice room but no stairs INSIDE the hotel for those wishing not to use an elevator. Access to stairs (which is always locked and no place to swipe card) is OUTSIDE! Not safe at night to go OUTSIDE! We ate at Morton's where there are NO descriptions as to what is or is in the dish. I ordered what I thought was a simple salad and got a huge chunk of bleu cheese in which I wanted to be sick.

I try to stay away from Saratoga during track season. We went today for senior lunch. What a surprise ! Now I have to spend more money on gambling to still spend more money on lunch ! we used to drop a $20 bill each after lunch, but that won't get you much of a break. Why are we paying for the new hotel?? Sorry, you've seen the last of this girl

I remember when the racino opened - you could go and play with $40 and make a little on the slots and eat at the buffet, you would win enough to keep you playing for a while and then go to eat. Not anymore unless you are playing the max or close to it no wins for you! The food in the buffet is so bad I eat at Broadway Joes now. I go to Turning Stone or Vernon Downs seldom hit at Saratoga. Rivers Casino here I come!!

My first time at the Casino, my dear friend took me out for a special day to spend quality time with each other. I love the casino, the only draw back was that when you entered into the building, there were so many people smoking at the entrance door, with the weather inclement due to high humidity and rain, there were zero air and the smoke to deal with. The new card system is terrible. They are pandering to the people who spend huge amounts of money. The last system was the poorest of anyplace I've been, but they've outdone themselves. Now it's DIRTY -- bathrooms were disgusting last two times I was there -- and one game I play has had filth all over the buttons for going on three months. Last gasp, Saratoga. Stop giving away so much to the high rollers and treat all your patrons well. If you don't, it will be the demise of the faux casino in Saratoga.

Sorry but you've lost another customer. The recent change to your card structure has left those of us who only visit once or twice a year paying $6 more per person for the same mediocre food. At $9.95 is was reasonable. At $15.95 it's a joke. We will not be coming back until this policy is changed. I recommend avoiding.
