II think the casino favors the high rollers I get free play that won't evev pay for valet parking and the food coupon is a big joke!!

Never win, reduced to a $3.00 comp. When the new Casino is built in Schenectady , Racino will be ghost town.

I go often to play the slots, however I only get $3 free play now. You can never find a waitress for a drink and you have to go to the bar yourself, some machines don't accept your bills or the paper vouchers. I have never, never heard my name called for any free play, however the sound system is very muffled and I always play with the card. Looking forward to the new casino in Schenectady, maybe I will have some luck there.

Beautiful casino n horse track. Lots of slots to play and you can enjoy a tasty lunch or dinner while viewing the horses on the track. Just breath taking. I love it there

THEY ARE CUTTING BACK ON FREE PLAY, GO TO MONTICELLO INSTEAD!!!!!!!! I DRIVE 120 MILES TO SARATOGA FROM CONN. & IT'S 129 MILES TO MONTICELLO, A FUN PLACE

I have not won an amount worth taking home in a long time. I realize it is my choice to go, but when your consistently giving more than your getting it gets old. I go to get things off my mind. I do enjoy playing the slots. It's just not fun to loose all the time. I'm a diamond player too!

Saratoga has gone down hill fast. Bathrooms always dirty, garbage always between the machines, if your machine needs paper or brakes you have to go find someone to fix it. Every time I go to a machine to cash a voucher, it has a sign on it "out of order" , can never find a waitress and it is like ghost town by 10:00/ 11:00 on a Friday and Saturday night. There was a time when you had to wait for a machine, not no more. I play every weekend and I am now to $3.00 free play. Really saratoga, can you afford to loss more players.... read more
