Like everyone else I'm keeping my money and stop playing at Saratoga.Will go someplace else until you start sending out decent freeplays.Oh ,by the way who's paying for the new hotel?NOT ME!!!!!!!!

They have lowered their free plays again. Really no incentive to come play here. $3.00 isn't a promotion to get people to come lose money at your casino/racino, it is an insult. I drive almost an hour to play here, I think I will drive another 15 minutes and head up the thruway to Exit 33! I play pretty much the same amount, same number of visits each month and they give me $20 free play, food specials/vouchers, drink specials... You are losing players with this marketing strategy.

I can't wait for Schenectady Casino to open, I was there today and wanted to get a gift card that I had gotten a few months back for 320 of my points to day I was told they are now 500 + points what a rip off . You just keep bleeding the people. I'm done.

I enjoy Saratoga Casino the workers are all pleasant i haven't hit any jackpot in a vary long time! I have a lot of entries in every drawing but never get called but I do understand that's gambling. One thing I can't understand is why they took out most of the ticket redemption machines. There's always a long line put more machines back no one wants a long line. I hear a lot of complaining from people in line, it's even hard to play with a line complaining and bumping into each other behind my slot.

The place is pleasant, but the payouts are horrible, that's why I like turningstone more and the free plays are so much better, at saratoga you don't know what winning is

Very few bonuses on slots lately. I used to get many, but now you can tell something has been done to the machines where they don't give out as much money as they used to. Also don't know why others get coupons in the mail and I just get a card advertising the promotions. I have been there more than a person I know yet they get coupons and I don't.
