Casino is ok, typical nothing special, I spent time at the racetrack , I stayed at the hotel but noisy ,a beautiful place but noisy people knocking on my door several times during the night and when I complained security never showed up, so I handled it on my own , the next morning I went to the desk and. Who is in charge of this place? A simple pretzel machine out in the downstairs racing room has been out of order for over a month now. Unbelievable! But of course since this is a negative comment, will hear from no one

If your a morning person, this is not the place for you. The casino closes from 5:00am to 9:00am. The buffet is way over priced for terrible food. Over priced drinks that take forever to get. One time I waited 20 minutes and they never did come back. Will not return, I will drive the extra 2 hours to the Awkwasasnee Mohawk Casino where they are open 24 hrs and you can help yourself to soda and water.

Slots really tight anymore, staff tends to be surely, not overly pleasant. Almost impossible to get a beverage, in three hours saw 1 girl waiting on slot players, asked foir a coffee and water, never saw her again. Back area by lucky Joe's is still dark and difficult to pass thru safely.
The staff was.friendly , but could had use at lest one more person at the front desk. Poor lady.was all by herself but had a nice smile for everyone. Everything looked clean, the bathrooms had someone cleaning all the time I was there. The lunch buffet was fantastic. Lost all my money but we Deweys bridge rd Ladies had a wonderful time.
